The special issue of federalismi.it edited by the CEST and devoted to the new Italian Electoral law and the revision of Italian Parliamentary rules is now online.

The dossier contains the proceedings of the Study Day on the Institutional Reforms held in Turin on Friday 17th November 2017. The Conference was promoted by CEST with the sponsorship of the Chamber of Deputies, of the Italian Constitutionalist Association and of the Department of Jurisprudence of the University of Turin.

The volume hosts the reflections of Matteo Monti, Massimiliano Malvicini, Beniamino Caravita of Toritto, Massimo Cavino, Mario Dogliani, Ugo De Siervo, Nicola Lupo, Andrea Manzella, Gianfranco Pasquino, Giovanni Tarli Barbieri and Luca Verzichelli.
